We must like the mould first
This is something that Bruno Lucchetta often says. Function, performance and duration are the obvious requirements for our equipment, much of which is meant for a very demanding market, the automotive one.
Besides the tried “hot channel” technologies, our moulds can also incorporate 2k “rotary” dual component technology or the more recent 2k “blade” technology; in this way, we can satisfy the needs of all the sectors in which we are active: white goods, home automation, gardening, electromechanical, etc.
Of course all this cannot be done at a moment’s notice: we use a software that simulates mould filling (mould flow analysis), we analyse the causes of any faults or defects, we carry out FMEA (Failure Mode, Effect Analysis) and all this, coupled with our experience of over 30 years allows us to take and win any challenge.
In order to process steel, one needs great strength, but precision and speed are even more important. For this reason we invested considerable resources in innovative technologies, such as high-speed milling cutters and next-generation EDM. All our main systems work with CAM programming, which guarantees precision and speed.
Our plant has milling cutters, machining centres, centre lathes, horizontal surface grinding machines, die-sink and wire-cut EDM, radial arm drill presses and pillar drills.
